Aside from a quibble over the Sale of Goods Act and this woman showing no good will, she was rude and unkind in her tone.
My mother was still upset many hours later. Michelle's shameful conduct felt to her suspiciously bigoted. Perhaps, her prejudice could be biased specifically towards ethnic minorities or more towards the disabled at large but an aversion for the combination of both would make her entirely loathsome.
